Michael Dalton
Michael J. Dalton, Jr. is a founding partner at the law firm of O’Leary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin, LLC. Throughout his career, Michael Dalton has devoted 100% of his work to fighting on behalf of injury victims and has collected tens of millions in settlements and judgments on behalf of victims and their families. Currently he focuses his practice on a wide variety of serious personal injury claims involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, bad faith, products liability and mass torts. Michael has a passion for representing families whose children have been injured by window blind cords with his partner Jim Corrigan. Michael was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association when he was only 30 years old and has also been inducted into the National Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer.
